Online stores, stock and campaigns for retail and e-commerce

The same products sell at the counter and online, so stock, prices and orders have to agree in one place.

Typical problems

What gets in the way

  • Stock that does not agree

The shop, the website and the store room each show a different stock figure.

  • A store that stops selling

Checkout, payments or order emails break, and nobody notices until sales drop.

  • Campaigns without a result

Ads bring visitors, but nobody can say which campaign brought the orders.

Work and examples

Delivery

Delivery considerations

  • Data and access

Who can see and change which records is agreed in the written scope, before anything is built.

  • A log of every change

The systems we build can keep a log of who changed what and when.

  • Your existing systems

We connect to the systems you already use where they allow it, and say so in the scope where they do not.

Questions

Questions we get asked

  • Can it connect to what we already use?

Usually. WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, accounting packages, payment providers and most systems with an API or an export. If something cannot be connected we say so in the scope.
  • What does it cost?

It depends on what the process needs, so we price each project in writing after a short scoping call rather than publish a rate card. The written scope sets out exactly what the price covers.
  • How long does it take?

It depends on the scope. The written scope splits the build into slices with a date for each, so something useful is in use before the whole build is finished.
  • Where are you based?

Alif Logix works from four locations: Lahore (Pakistan), Southall (United Kingdom), Pampanga (Philippines) and Sharjah (UAE). We work with clients anywhere, in writing and on calls.
